A detached three bedroomed cottage tastefully converted from a stone
built barn in the early 1990's. It offers the comfort of modern
living and excellent accommodation for your stay in Pembrokeshire.
It has an enclosed sitting-out area at the rear, with garden furniture,
enjoying a sunny aspect. Electric night storage heating is included in
the price and guests are welcome to light a fire in the stone fireplace
in the sitting room. Logs are provided free during certain
weeks. There is ample parking at the front of the property.

Ground Floor:
Sitting Room / Diner with three piece suite, colour TV & VCR (Choice
of videos left for guests' enjoyment), dining table, chairs and other
furnishings.

On the first floor:
Two double bedrooms
One twin bedroom
Bathroom with bath and overhead electric shower, wash-hand basin in
vanity unit, WC and Bidet.
Separate WC and wash-hand basin.
Outside there is an enclosed sitting-out area to the rear and ample parking
space to the front..
Electricity: This is by meter but please remember the Economy 7 Night Storage
Heating is free.
Cot & High Chair - available free. Please advise us of your
requirements when booking.
Bed linen (pillow cases, sheet, duvet cover) is provided on all beds.
Pets: We are happy for guests to bring one well behaved pet as long as it is
never to be left on its own in the cottage. The charge is £10 per
week. Please ensure your pet it is not
allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms.
Because of all the sheep and
cattle on the surrounding land, your dog should be kept on a lead or under
control when outside.
