| Arrival/ Departure. | The cottages are available from 4pm on the day of arrival and we request they be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

| Maximum Number. | To comply with fire regulations, please note that we cannot accommodate more than six persons in any one cottage.
|
| Pet | The majority of our guests do not bring a pet but we are happy to accommodate a well behaved one, provided it is never to be left on its own in the cottage. The charge is £12 per week. Please ensure your pet is not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. Because of all the sheep and cattle on surrounding land, your dog should be kept on a lead or under control at all times.

| Short Breaks | The cottages may be available for short breaks (4 Nights), outside the peak holiday weeks, at a 25% reduction over the weekly tariff. Please contact us for details.

| Late Bookings | Discounts are available for bookings made within two weeks of traveling.

| Payment | A deposit of 30% of the total cost (min £50) is payable when booking the cottage and this will be confirmed by us upon receipt. The remainder is due one calendar month before the starting date of your holiday. If you book within one calendar month of the start of your holiday, the rent is immediately payable in full.

| Cancellation | Please contact us as soon as possible, if you have to cancel your booking. We will do our best to re-let the property and if successful we will refund your money less the cost of re-letting, minimum £30. If we are unable to re-let, the rent is payable in full. In view of this, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE
